What We're About

• PC Free Zone has a mission to foster peace and harmony in our distressingly divided society by using a truth in dialog approach. We intend to include in this dialog all voices, regardless of political affiliation.

• To call out the PC Culture, which has spawned the Cancel Culture, Identity Politics, and has given rise to the destructive Social Justice Warrior movements.

• Additionally, we endeavor to expose the alarming rise of the socialist movement, which is only serving to ultimately usher in the Communist/Marxist agendas, which have been taking root in our society through the indoctrination of our youth and young adults.                                                                                           

• Political Correctness: Defined as the required avoidance (frequently taken to extremes) of forms of expression or actions that are perceived to exclude, marginalize, or insult individuals or groups of people who are often said to be socially disadvantaged or willfully discriminated against. The problem is being overly sensitive and offended for no good reason. Not everyone needs or wants to live in a protective bubble. The thicker the skin, the funnier the humor, the better people can relax and not be so uptight. 

• Cancel Culture: Political Correctness assumes a very frightening level of PC policing by institutions and individuals who deem to determine what is acceptable speech. The goals of the cancel culture practitioners are to seemingly make everyone homogenized instead of individuals with personalities unique to our own exceptionalism. Failing in this (as it is not human nature) they employ a level of intolerance that is very disturbing, with efforts to "Cancel" a person, group, or product.

• Social Justice Movements: Social justice theoretically assigns rights and duties in the institutions of society which are intended to enable all people to receive the basic benefits and burdens of cooperation necessary to ensure a fair and just society. The problem is that most of the people demanding social justice these days only want to enjoy the benefits while not wanting to share the burdens. They always seem to demand a change in your behavior, not in their own.

• Indoctrination Stations: There is a great danger in sending our children to grade school, and then on to college where they learn what they can say and what they cannot say - where they are taught what they should think, and what they should not think. It flies in the face of the purpose of formal education. The purpose of formal education is to enhance students' skills, develop methods to capitalize and motivate their curiosity to improve their wellness and understand how their environment works. It should be to enable individuals with critical thought, and an understanding of the world as it truthfully is, not as some think it should be. Also of course an education in, and understanding of, their chosen areas of study. 

• Safe Spaces: We are here to provide a "Safe Space" from all this madness and to encourage a healthy dialogue in a free society. When people get offended by political incorrectness and then call others out for committing some perceived micro-aggression, that act in and of itself is inappropriate and offensive. Unfortunately, all this social micro-management of other people's words and actions only serves to put the whole of the communication pattern into a downward spiral. Certainly, we can all be assured that if we do not fix our serious communication issues with one another, there may not be any "Safe Space" left for any of us. Anywhere. . .

At the Constitutional Convention in 1787 in Philadelphia, Elizabeth Willing Powel asked Benjamin Franklin about the Constitution and the kind of Government that had been formed under it. “What have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” she had asked. To which Franklin replied, “A Republic, if you can keep it”.

Unfortunately, we have not been good stewards of this wonderful form of Government. For decades now we have been slowly letting it slip away. Why? How? Why would we do something like that? How did we let a wonderful system like we had be corrupted and changed, slowly and from within? Well, that is a good, but hard question. The sad fact seems to be, that most of us “Good Americans” have a truly short attention span and can be easily distracted with bobbles and trinkets. 

Entertainment in the form of music, movies, and sporting events have served to pacify and distract most of us to the point where we have hardly noticed the slow changes that the Country's enemies have been working on for decades now. What I mean is, whereas we fine Americans have many great qualities and have made many wonderful accomplishments, we are also very easily distracted by our own self interests. Conversely, the enemy knows how to play the “Long Game”. They know that we will defeat ourselves given time and just a few little pushes in the right direction, at the right moments.

•   The first Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Nikita Khrushchev once said, “We will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the U.S. We will destroy you from within”. 

And they may well do it. Hell, they may already have done it! You see, Americans have been so successful at so many things, very quickly in the grand scheme of things, that we have fallen very much into the “instant gratification” problem. By contrast, the Marxist/Communist system takes an exceedingly long time to implement and to get a populace in the “right place" (mind-set, sensibilities, needs/wants, etc.) in order to be able to “convince” the populace that their system is Bad  while the “socialist” method will fix everything that is wrong. But once there, change can be swift! 

  So, you see those who would have us fall into Socialism know very well how to play the Long Game. They have all the time in the world, whereas we want everything Right Now! And with as little effort as possible. They simply want the Marxist/Communist system in place for the future and forever. It does not matter to them personally when this happens. They are just setting up for "future leaders", so whatever time it takes, it takes. They do not care about that. They are playing the long game. Whereas WE are more concerned with ourselves, and instant gratification right now! We seem more concerned with ourselves than we are about our Country and its future. Or the future of its citizens for that matter. 

We should start with the Schools! We need to get engaged with, and back in control of, our school systems and those who run it. Engage with our children. Make sure that they are not learning to hate their country and adopt wrong-headed ideologies that put us all at peril. Go to school board meetings and monitor what our children are being taught. We need to teach them ourselves the principles that America was founded on and what it is all about. Otherwise, one day they will wake up as subjects under Communist Rule, instead of Citizens living in a Free Republic. That will be on us!!
